In this page, users can enter two pack levels for each item. A pack level is a descriptor which can be used to help identify contents within a shipment. This information is useful when constructing a shipment at the origin location, and may also help the destination location efficiently identify and receive product on arrival.

In this stage of the process, you can also review all of the critical information you've entered thus far: items codes and product names, bin locations, lots, expiry information, and quantities. We are now given two new fields (Pack Level 1 and Pack Level 2) where we can enter additional information. If the shipment has a very long list of items, you can also use the Search bar to search for products by codes.

Let’s revise the quantity on the first line to 6. This is the part of the shipment that will go into box 1 on pallet 1. For the new line, let’s place the additional 4 units into box 2 on pallet 1. As we make these changes, we can see the Qty Packed will change on the left side of the page. This is an easy way to check and make sure all of the product is accounted for across the multiple lines. After we’ve made the desired changes, hit ‘Save’ to go back to the pack page.

Once we return to the pack page, we will see that item 10418 has now been split into two separate records based on pack level. It displays the quantities and packing configuration that we just introduced in the previous step.
